I ordered this boat Sept. 2020 and information technology was delivered v/7/21. I took the boat in for its 100 hour cheque up on x/xx/21 and pointed out to the dealer some bubbling in the finish on the curvation. They said Crownline has denied this on several other arches that had the same problem simply they would submit information technology. The dealer simply got back to me and said Crownline will not cover corrosion. Crownline has not sent me anything. I would never take gotten this curvation if information technology was going to starting time bubbles up within 5 months of purchase. This part is not even in the water.

Since the dealer, Gunkhole House of Cape Coral says they take had several of these complaints on the arches it is a known trouble past Crownline. The bubbling is right around the bracket that holds the support for the bimini top. I have waxed and detailed this boat three times since purchase and hand wash it subsequently every outing. The dealer told me they even had one that was delivered brand new with the bubbling on the curvation. I simply want others to know they will probable take this problem and Crownline will do aught about information technology.

We purchased a 2016 Crownline, one prior owner boat with <50 hours on information technology. After just a couple of times on the water we hit some chop and realized the cooler associates (portside dash) croaky structurally. The cooler was empty, and then it'southward not every bit if in that location was something banging effectually within. At any rate, upon further inspection the material this is fabricated of is VERY, VERY sparse. I've been trying to detect a replacement nuance part for a twelvemonth and no luck. The gunkhole was less than 4 years erstwhile when this happened and Crownline could not supply a office. I was told that parts are supposed to be bachelor for up 5 years. And so we similar the boat but have been really disappointed in the ability to go even this basic part. Something Crownline needs to get better at. It'due south made me jaded well-nigh ever buying some other.

The steering at 5-8 knots is like I am chasing to keep the gunkhole directly with the motor fully down. The gunkhole steering is fine at faster speeds and no problems. Is this normal or whatever ideas to set this event?

I have a 2019 e235 xs that the rear storage hatch (where the i/o motor would exist) that refuses to open. While the boat is all the same under warranty my dealer is located over an hour abroad and would crave me pulling the boat, getting it serviced and relaunching. I was hoping for some hints or a tip to get the hatch cover to open - but the factory has no customer service whatsoever (try to notice their phone number). I sent an email asking a calendar week agone that went without reply. The dealer has no interest in providing assistance over the phone as they can't neb me for information technology. Had I known of this utter lack of later sale support I would have never purchased a Crownline.

I bought my Commencement Crownline, a used twenty footer.. Very overnice condition and proficient quality boat. I accept not taken the gunkhole out yet.. Anyhow, the boat came with I assume a factory installed WakeBoard Tower.. I chosen Crownline to enquire how to lower the tower. The lady IMMEDIATELY connected me to a recording with the irritating spill virtually, "Give thanks you lot for Calling Crownline," with a basically a ** and, "Call your Dealer!" The Closest Dealer has no clue about the 'WAKEAIR" VELOCITY TOWER". The company is supposedly "Roswell".. They said they did not brand the belfry.. Called Crownline Dorsum. Same ** put me correct back to the recording that says, "Call Your Dealer"... SERVICE TODAY SUCKS!!

I have a 2019 XS255. Love the boat. Bench seat on the front corner had what looked like a burn mark from a crimper iron. Boat only ii months old. Contacted the dealer and another one was put on, not ii months later same thing, same spot! No other issues anywhere on the boat. Mind boggling. This is an entire new demote pad seat that was put on. Contacted dealer and will run across where it goes at present.

In 2015, I bought a Crownline E4 from a dealership that is no longer selling Crownlines. I do however boat on Lake Winnisquam that is dwelling to the largest Crownline dealer in New England, Winnisquam Marine. My boat broke down in the middle of the lake (less than 200 hours) and needed to be towed in to a friend's dock that was 100 yards from Winnisquam Marine. The boat has a problem with the outdrive so information technology was dead in the water. I called them to help me become the boat out of the water and the problem assessed. They told me that considering I did not buy the gunkhole from them they didn't accept time to look at the boat and wanted to charge me $150 to use their ramp. I had to tow the gunkhole 3 miles (vs. 100 yards) to the public ramp to become the gunkhole to someone who was willing to help. Winnisquam Marine did not care that I was a loyal Crownline customer (2nd Boat) because I didn't spend coin with them.

Customer increased Rating by 2 stars!

I am an experienced boat possessor and accept recently been looking to upgrade boats to a bigger, nicer boat. I had found a really dainty used Crownline that did not have a trailer with information technology. In lining up a trailer to continue with the boat I was about to purchase, I called Crownline's phone number (no 800 # -- y'all tin call 618-937-6426) to speak with a customer service rep to become the transom to bow centre measurement to properly size the trailer. The lady that answered the telephone basically did non want to take my call, and referred me to a trailer manufacturer 'in a nearby town' to go the correct sizing.

Frustrated, I asked the young lady what the process is in the event that I have a problem with the boat after purchase -- or fifty-fifty but a question in general about the boat. She said they do non handle whatever customer calls or questions, and I would take to become to one of their dealers with my problem or question. I remember that settles the debate between whether I want a Crownline or a Sea Ray. Sorry Crownline.

Nosotros bought a brand new 2016 Crownline 195 SS off the exhibit floor to create memories with our family unit and savour the summer months. Our boat has been in the shop a minimum of 2 times each summer since nosotros've purchased information technology due to flooding. The gunkhole is fuel injected, therefore flooding doesn't brand sense. Turns out at that place was a mechanical error with the computer, yet Crownline refuses to reach back out to the store or/and united states. It'due south disappointing that y'all remain a loyal customer to a huge company that refuses to fix the issues.

I bought a 2015 Crownline 264 CR boat from Wilson Marine in Harrison Township Michigan. I have had many small issues warranty issues with it. It is always a fight with the dealer to do warranty work and Crownline will non properly reply to me. Now the last result is with the bimini and Crownline states that my boat has been in some form of accident. Information technology has non and I am willing to bear witness them the boat but they don't want to run across it because this is just a story made up to forbid them from doing warranty repair. The bimini is bent at the ends and nowhere else.

First Crownline said that someone was hanging on it. But when I tell the dealer that if that is the case the whole matter would be bent not merely the ends. And so they come up up with the current story of some sort of accident. Actually? So now I take to either pay coin to fix it or hire an attorney. Did I mention this boat is 2 and a half years one-time, I bought it brand new for the warranty, and it cost $88,500. And then I highly recommend that no one buy a boat from this company because they will brand up any excuse not to practise warranty piece of work on your gunkhole.
